Sarmad Mughal Graphic Studio provides Meta static ad design and related creative testing services as described on this website and agreed upon in writing prior to the start of any project.
Test Rounds are invoiced in full prior to work beginning. Monthly Creative Partner packages are billed at the start of each monthly cycle. Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Upon full payment, ownership of final delivered creative files transfers to the client. The Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Each Test Round includes one round of revisions on the delivered creative set. Additional revision rounds beyond this may be billed separately.
Test Rounds already in progress cannot be cancelled for a refund once design work has started. Monthly Creative Partner packages may be cancelled with two weeks' written notice ahead of the next billing cycle.
The Studio does not guarantee specific advertising performance outcomes, including but not limited to return on ad spend, click-through rate, or conversion rate. Creative testing informs decisions; it does not guarantee results, which depend on factors outside the Studio's control.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Studio's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
